I have been interested in interior design for as long as I can remember, whether I was redesigning my bedroom, watching design shows or creating displays for local businesses. Through the interior design course at CIT, I have learned to better express my creativity and have developed and refined my skills.
Incorporating functionality whilst maintaining a seamless appearance is an important factor for me in interior design and I find it immensely satisfying when I can perfect this balance. I enjoy the challenge of working with difficult spaces and considering how to optimize the space in order to best suit the client’s needs and aesthetics. My meticulous approach and eye for harmony in design makes this process both enjoyable and engaging.
With all design projects I have been involved with, combining a disciplined work ethic while working with my strengths has allowed me to create spaces I am proud to call mine.
I am looking forward to a career in interior design, using all I have learned over the last two years at CIT in real world situations.
